Shipping & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return or exchange. We will accept returns for any items that have original tags and are in the original condition that you have received them in within 15 days of receiving your order. We will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange exceeding 15 days of receiving your order. If the returned products are not deemed as the original condition, a credit will not be issued, otherwise we will issue you a refund within 7 business days of receiving your item(s). Ladybase Love is not responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (a printout of your invoice for your online order).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your refund has been approved or if there are any issues regarding your refund. Once your refund is approved, a credit will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund/exchange.
We only replace items that have manufacturing defects or damages. If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size, send us an email at email@example.com
Shipping options are limited to what is available on our online shop. Ladybase Love is not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages from the post service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
